Does this replace eating actual fruits and vegetables?

No — and we don't claim it does. Whole-food eating includes fiber, water, and matrix effects that capsule concentrates can't fully replicate. This is a floor for off-days, not a substitute for the salad.

How is this different from a greens powder?

Greens powders are valid but most people stop drinking them by week 2. Capsules win on adherence. The bioactive load per serving is comparable when the formula is calibrated well.

How quickly will I notice anything?
