Withanly respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. Plain language, not legalese.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our list, we collect: your name, email, postal address, phone number (optional), and the order details. Payment information (card, Apple Pay token, etc.) is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers — we receive only a tokenized identifier and the last four digits.

We also collect basic analytics: pages visited, referrer, device type, and IP address. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.

Cookies + advertising trackers

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure ad performance. This means Meta receives hashed information about your actions on our site (page views, add-to-cart, purchases) keyed to your Facebook/Instagram identity, where applicable. The data sent server-side via CAPI is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission and contains no unhashed identifiers.

Cookies we set: a first-party attribution cookie (capturing UTM parameters), and Meta's _fbp + _fbc for ad attribution. You can clear these anytime in your browser settings.

How we use your information

• To fulfill and ship your order
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates)
• To respond to support inquiries
• To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email)
• To measure ad performance and improve our site

Who we share with

We share the minimum necessary data with the partners that operate our funnel:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shopify + Supliful — order fulfillment (US warehouse)
• HighLevel (Wealthery Connect) — email + CRM
• Meta — ad attribution (hashed, see above)
• Vercel — site hosting

We do not sell your information. Period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@withanly.comwith the subject line “data request” and we'll respond within 30 days.

EU/UK residents: you have additional rights under GDPR (right to data portability, right to object). California residents: you have rights under the CCPA. Same email; we honor all of them.

Children

Withanly is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
