The salad you didn't make,
the takeout you did,
the lunch you skipped.

60 vegan capsules · 2 per day · 23 essential nutrients in bioactive forms

Some weeks the meals work. Most weeks they don't — the kids' soccer practice eats the prep window, the work lunch was a burrito, and you're tired of the supplement bottle multiplying on the counter. Two capsules a day cover the basics you keep meaning to get right from food: the D3, the methylated Bs, the magnesium, the K2 — in the forms your body actually uses, not the dyed gummy from the pharmacy aisle.

First multi that didn't make me feel queasy after taking it.

A quieter system

Covers the days food didn't.

Covers the days food didn't.

Nobody eats perfectly seven days a week. This is the safety net for the four days you ordered in, the three days you missed greens, and the morning the kids ate your eggs.

Not the dyed gummy.

Real

Not the dyed gummy.

The forms in here are the ones your body can actually pick up and use. Methyl-this, chelated-that — the words on the label that sound boring and matter the most.

One bottle. Not four.

Pairing

One bottle. Not four.

Most people end up with a separate D3, a separate magnesium, a separate K2, and forget half. We put the pairs that work together in the same capsule, so the routine actually sticks.

If it was coming back as very low then I would make an appointment at your GP and have it properly tested. They can then prescribe you an appropriate dose, as over the counter preparations tend to be more for a boost or for maintenance. If it’s particularly low, you’ll need a dose far stronger than you can buy over the counter.

For me i def notice a difference. I have a lot more energy now. A while back i was just so tired sluggish and no matter what i did just couldn’t seem to get it together. So i got some bloodwork done and i was low on vitamin d. Which most people are but i just didn’t think it could be that. So i started taking it and it really made a huge difference for me.

Anecdotal, so not proving anything, this past winter I started taking 10µg of vitamin D instead of my usual winter vitamin D top-up of an egg a day, so perhaps six times as much. Every winter I get plagued with colds; it's a rare one when I don't go down with at least three or four. Last winter I didn't get a *single* cold. Of course, it could just be coincidence, but it's certainly motivated me to keep taking the supplement.

I've been taking it daily for about 3 years, including through the summer. Before I started taking it I was quite badly vitamin D deficient (confirmed with blood tests, not just a hunch) and I'd often feel pretty tired and run down during the day at that point. My serum vitamin D is now in the normal range, and I feel way better as a result.

My specialist didn’t tell me to take it but when I asked about it she was okay with me taking it - basically said there aren’t enough studies to prove it helps but it probably won’t hurt me. So, I take it!

Doesn’t help with what exactly? My understanding is that K helps direct calcium out of blood and into bones. Is the dr disputing this? What type of dr is this? Mine is an endocrinologist who definitely wants me taking it. Another benefit of calcium metabolism is that it can help prevent calcium buildup in arteries. We often see natto listed as one of the best foods for OP. Natto is a fermented food high in K2. I am convinced that proper diet can absolutely help with OP, and K is an important part of that. Hope this perspective helps.

Honest answers

Questions you actually asked

Why is this two capsules a day?

A complete multivitamin in a single capsule is essentially impossible — there isn't physical room for meaningful doses of 20+ nutrients. Two capsules lets us deliver real bioactive doses without compromising the formula.

What does 'bioactive form' mean?

Some vitamins need to be converted before your cells can use them. Folic acid -> methylfolate. Cyanocobalamin -> methylcobalamin. People with MTHFR variants often struggle with this conversion. Bioactive forms skip the conversion step.

How quickly will I notice anything?

A multivitamin works at the foundational level — most people won't feel a sudden lift. The benefits are often 'absence of deficiency' rather than a noticeable boost. Some testers do describe steadier energy by week 2–3.

When should I take it?

With breakfast. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) absorb better with food containing some fat.

Do I still need this if I eat a balanced diet?

Even good diets often miss D3, K2-MK7, and magnesium reliably. Think of this as the floor — not the ceiling — of your nutrition.

Can I take it with my ashwagandha?

Yes. Ashwagandha is targeted adaptogen support; multivitamin is foundational nutrient coverage. They don't conflict.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

This is not a prenatal multivitamin — it doesn't have the elevated folate and iron a prenatal formula does. Talk to your physician before using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Why is iron not in this?

Iron supplementation should be guided by bloodwork — not assumed. Most adult men and post-menopausal women don't need supplemental iron, and overdoing it can be harmful. We left it out deliberately.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email contact@withanly.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount — you don't need to send the bottles back.

How fast does it ship?

From our US warehouse, USPS Ground typically arrives in 2–4 business days within the contiguous US.
