30-day money-back guarantee.If Withanly isn't the right fit for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full amount — including any shipping you paid.

The simple version

• Email support@withanly.com with your order number and a one-line note.
• You don't need to send the bottles back. Keep them or pass them to a friend.
• Refund processes within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
• The 30-day window starts when your order is delivered, not when it's placed.

Why no return required?

Shipping bottles back costs more than the product is worth. We'd rather you don't throw them out — donate, gift, or compost the capsules into garden soil (ashwagandha is a plant; the powder breaks down naturally).

Damaged or wrong order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@withanly.com within 14 days of delivery and we will reship at no cost.

Subscriptions

Withanly does not currently offer subscriptions. If we add one in the future, you'll be able to pause or cancel from your account at any time, no questions asked.

Promotional / discounted orders

Refunds on discounted bundles return the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original retail price.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We refund within 24 hours of any reasonable request and the chargeback fee just costs us both money. We're humans on email.
