A quieter system

Protocol
This isn't a forever supplement — it's a defined month-long routine. Take it, finish the bottle, rotate off, return to your normal stack. That's the whole instruction.

Acai
Acai is one of the deepest, richest-pigment fruits in the world — packed with the polyphenols a month of overindulgence quietly used up.

Whole-body
Most 'cleanse' products only do one thing. This combines the liver-side, the gut-side, and the antioxidant-side of recovery into a single thirty-day routine.

01
One capsule, twice a day, with water. No timing dance, no stimulant cycling.

02
Most people notice a steadier daytime baseline within 7–10 days — not a hit, a settling.

03
By week 3–4, the 3am wake-up softens. You’ll know it’s working when you stop noticing the time.

Acai Berry
“Fresh acai doesn't exist outside of the region in Northern Brazil where it is grown. It spoils extremely quickly after being picked and this is why it is only transported and sold in frozen form. Better than buying acai juices (these are a scam) or the pre-prepared frozen sorbets (no better than ice cream) is buying the frozen blocks of pure pulp and then mixing it together to create the acai everyone eats. You can find vendors in Europe who sell the pure acai but it's not cheap. Fresh coconut water is much better than pasteurised stuff that comes in bottles or cartons, but anything is better than nothing. Just be on the look out for artificial ingredients.”Read the original
Black Walnut Hull
“Wearing **Osmofolia - Cabin** today which is one of my favorites. "Herbacious lavender, fresh rain, a cup of black coffee with a splash of vanilla extract, towering white cedar trees, red pine bark, and spindly black spruce needles." Realllly nice lavender and woods combo”Read the original
“It's October 1st, so naturally I'm leaning into all things autumnal and spooky! Today I've layered Solstice Scent's **Foxcroft Fairgrounds** (*cotton candy, cream soda, vanilla taffy, funnel cakes, powdered sugar, crisp fall air, woodsmoke, incense*) with Osmofolia's **Black Walnut** (*bergamot, cardamom, walnut shells, leaves, walnuts*) I really, really like **Black Walnut**, it's an extremely realistic fresh walnut scent. It opens with a blast of that wet greenness of a fresh walnut hull fallen to the ground and smashed open; on the dry down you get some of the sweeter, nuttier aspects of the walnut meat. It goes so well with **Foxcroft Fairgrounds**, really amps up the New England vibe to my nose!”Read the original
“I would not be primarily concerned about the toxicity of juglone when consuming these. I would absolutely not advise consuming a tea made out of walnuts with the husk on that you found already dried. I have black walnuts around my property and I have never seen ones that looks like your photo. The ones you found look really unusual, I think it's probably going to be difficult to tell if there was any spoilage or if they had anything unpleasant growing on or in them while they dried. Who knows what you could be steeping into tea along with the black walnut's husk? Unripened black walnuts can be steeped in strong alcohol to make a liqueur: https://foragerchef.com/nocino-black-walnut-liquor/ I don't think the walnuts you have, in their condition, are going to be good for anything.”Read the original
“Today I'm wearing **Arcana Wildcraft - Two Finger Ballet** (French vanilla creme, white amber, sugared vanilla beans, caramel, and the smallest dab of opium), one of my vanilla HGs. It can feel overly sweet at times (and it's one of those Arcana powerhouses that go on and on) but I'm never not in the mood for it. It's just too good.”Read the original
“I would not mess with the husk or outer layer of the shell it contains high levels of a toxic chemical called juglone. Concentrated amounts of juglone can kill you. I would crack them open and press the nuts in an oil press and extract the oil to use as a salad dressing. You will need a lot of black walnuts to get a good amount of oil though. I’m sure the oil has the same medicinal qualities as the nasty tea you want to make, but would taste way better.”Read the original
“'Nasty tea' is right. I see as a problem not only juglone, but walnut husk is basically a concentrated storage of tannins. While not toxic per se, lots and lots of tannins in the pitch-black tea will taste absolutely revolting, may interfere with the absorption of meds and food and can give you a nice constipation. There are no benefits to what you are doing, OP. Please peel the walnuts and eat the nice edible cores, or make oil like u/razytazz said. Source: have a PhD in medicinal plants”Read the original

Honest answers
No — this is a 30-day focused protocol. Cascara and senna are not appropriate for permanent supplementation. After 30 days, rest for at least 30 days before considering another cycle.
The cascara and senna are stimulant laxatives, so yes — gut transit will accelerate. That's the intended mechanism. If transit becomes too rapid or causes cramping, halve the dose or stop.
Most testers describe digestive changes within 24–72 hours. The broader 'reset' sense usually builds over week 2–3.
Liver Support is foundational, daily, indefinite. Max Detox is a focused 30-day protocol with stronger botanicals — not designed for indefinite use. Most users start with daily Liver Support and rotate Max Detox in seasonally.
With dinner, with a full glass of water. The cleansing botanicals work overnight.
Yes — they don't conflict.
Cascara and senna can affect the absorption of certain medications and contribute to electrolyte changes. If you take any prescription medication, talk to your physician before starting.
No. Stimulant laxatives are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
